INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

Grafton Recruitment s.r.o., company id. No.: 62583344, and Gi Group Czech Republic, s.r.o., company id. No. 24791547, both with the registered office at: Na Poříčí 1079 / 3a, Nové Město,
110 00 Prague 1. They act as independent personal data controllers and have a Joint Controllers Agreement between them.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR PROCESSING?

Interest in receiving information from Grafton and Gi Group

Personal data are processed in order to provide information concerning in particular:

a) ongoing and completed labour market surveys,

b) scheduled HR clubs and meetings for dedicated specialists,

c) interesting profiles of candidates currently available on the labour market,

d) offered services you asked about in the contact/response form, and other.

The information is collected by Gi Group recruitment agencies operating in the Czech Republic or by their suppliers.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR, processing shall be lawful on the basis of a consent given by you to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The data will be retained for as long as they are necessary with regard to the purpose for which they are processed, i.e. sending commercial information. Your personal data shall only be processed until you withdraw your consent. Should the above-mentioned conditions of retention no longer apply, the personal data will be erased.

ARE YOU OBLIGED TO DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA?

Disclosure of personal data marked with an asterisk in the form is mandatory. These include company name, your name and surname, contact email and region where your company operates. Refusal to disclose such personal data shall prevent Grafton Recruitment s.r.o. or Gi Group Czech Republic, s.r.o. from sending correct information to you. Your job title is optional.

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data will be processed solely by properly trained data controllers’ personnel authorized to process data for the above purposes.

Personal data may be disclosed to Gi Group companies operating within or outside the Czech Republic if your enquiry in the contact/response form pertains to services offered by such group companies. In such case, these companies shall act as independent controllers of your personal data.

Your personal data may further be disclosed to authorized state authorities, institutions or other entities subject to relevant statutory requirements. Where the purpose of processing so requires, your personal data may be disclosed to our external suppliers who provide support in the course of providing the relevant services. These external suppliers may act as processors of your personal data, in which case a processing contract shall always be concluded with them.

WHAT RIGHTS DO DATA SUBJECTS HAVE?

You are entitled to require information concerning your personal data and access thereto. You may further request from us to rectify or erase your personal data or restrict their processing. You shall also have the right to object to processing of your personal data or request data portability.

You can exercise your rights by sending an email to dpo.cz@grafton.cz or dpo.cz@gigroup.com.

You are also entitled to address your claim, complaint or other enquiry directly to the Personal Data Protection Office.

HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT?

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by a written notice sent by email to: dpo.cz@grafton.cz or dpo.cz@gigroup.com and/or by clicking the relevant link included in the message to be sent to you.

The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
