As in previous years, we bring you a unique survey of employee preferences in field of non-financial benefits. 1,453 respondents from all over the Czech Republic participated in the survey.

These were people of economically productive age, full-time employees in the vast majority. However, part-time employees were also represented. The survey was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire. The respondents were approached by an email sent to Grafton Recruitment's contact database
