Adam Dvořák
Adam Dvořák has been active in the human resources market since 2019. Within Grafton, since 2022 he has progressed from Consultant through Team Leader to managerial roles. He currently strategically leads specialized teams for the Business Services segment (corporate SSC roles) and IT from the position of Division Manager.
His specialization is filling complex senior roles, leading RPO projects, strategic Key Account Management, and the use of data analytics in recruitment. Adam focuses on modern recruitment combining precise processes with a human approach, team mentoring, and building a strong company culture. In his position, he is responsible for developing relationships with global and local clients and for consultancy in the area of labour law and the employment of foreigners.
