Kristýna Niedermeier
Kristýna works as Division Manager for the Technologies and Prague Recruitment divisions, where she has been working since 2015. These divisions specialize in recruitment in the areas of construction and engineering, as well as non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, HR, finance, and administration.
In her role, she focuses on setting recruitment processes and strategies with an emphasis on long-term partnership with clients. Thanks to her experience from RPO projects on the client’s side, she is able to understand their needs comprehensively and propose effective solutions. She actively cooperates with key partners while also focusing on team development, supporting collaboration, and building an open and high-performing working environment.
She has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, during which she has progressed through roles from Talent Sourcer to Division Manager. She studied Business Administration at Empire State College.
