We are currently hiring skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding bus constructions using MIG/MAG - CO2 techniques. The work will be carried out in an indoor welding shop. You will be working in 3 shifts: morning shift (6-14), afternoon shift (14-22), and night shift (22-6). Duration of the Labor Contract: Initial contract for one year, with the possibility of extension for 2 years or more.
Qualification Requirements: Experience in welding, ability to read drawing documentation.
Minimum wage offer:
Working hours: 7.5 hours per day
Additional charges:
Bonus from foreman: approximately 3,000 Kč/month
Payroll advance: Possible in case of necessity (in cash or to the bank account)
Payment procedure: Cashless (bank account), paid once a month (between the 10th and 13th day of the month)
Food: Provided by the employer in the company canteen. Hot meals are provided twice per day. On the night shift, meals can be obtained from vending machines. There is a 30-minute lunch break during the working shift. Workers can also cook in their accommodation.
Transportation: The workplace is within walking distance from the accommodation.
Accommodation: Provided by the employer in a hostel. Various types of rooms are available, including twin-bedded, three-bedded, and four-bedded rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. Larger rooms have their own kitchen.
Working Hours: 3 shifts - morning (6-14), afternoon (14-22), and night (22-6).
