Become an Travel and Expense Specialist in the international team, where you will gain vital experience for your further career development. Our client is looking for candidates with a genuine interest in finance. If you speak fluent English and Russian this is your chance!

As an Travel and Expense Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Support for incoming issues related to Travel & Expense processes and systems
  • Own the delivery of assigned T&E daily operational tasks
  • Deliver training sessions to end users
  • Handle Credit Card related matters:

Start date: ASAP

Contract for definite period (6 months)

Requirements
  • Upper-intermediate/fluent English and fluent Russian language (communication with internal Russian employees)
  • Experience from Administration/finance is an advantage
  • Experience working within an SAP environment is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (professional approach towards employees)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
