Translations Project Manager | PART TIME
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Translations Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of translation and localization projects across multiple clients and programs. You will ensure high-quality linguistic deliverables, strong client and vendor collaboration, and successful project execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
What you will be responsible for:
- Managing translation and localization projects from kick-off to delivery
- Coordinating clients, linguists, and internal teams
- Planning and tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensuring quality standards and process compliance across projects
- Identifying and resolving issues, changes, and escalations
- Managing project finances including quotes, budgets, and invoicing
- Preparing project documentation, tracking, and status reports
- Working with TMS and CAT tools and maintaining linguistic assets
- Supporting and mentoring junior Project Managers
Start date: immediately
Contract for limited period with possibility of prolongation
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the Language Services industry
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Hands-on experience with TMS and CAT tools (XTRF and/or memoQ highly advantageous)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
