Job description

In the view of several new and interesting projects we are looking for a Project manager/Virtual & Hybrid Event Support.

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Professional, who wants to become a part of a team in a company which is a leader in electro-technology. Business in the various industries such as transportation, energy, healthcare and technologies like robotics, tableau or smart analytics.

  • Support of Project Management Support in virtual, hybrid and real events
  • Invitation process for internal and external guests
  • Tool based participation management
  • Setup and upload of digital content
  • Content Management Systems
  • Setup of Event Apps
  • Coordination of risk management processes and support of testing routines prior to virtual events
  • Continuous improvement of CMS Intranet pages
  • Content training
Requirements
