Job description

Do you have technical background and willingness to learn? Have you worked in customer service?

We are seeking for communicative candidates with a passion for IT.

Your new TECHNICAL SUPPORT role will include:

  • Laptops preparation (install, reinstall, wipe)
  • Laptops replacement in in bulk session to users (scheduled laptop replacements in the meeting room - approx 10 users per 1 session)
  • IT Customer service Level 1,2
  • Providing guidance to users

Contract: till 31st January 2025

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 3

Requirements
  • Fluent English and Czech in both written and oral form, min. C1
  • Completed studies
  • Experience with Windows OS
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to learn
  • Pro-active attitude
