We are looking for a Technical Analyst with fluent English AND German.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1st/2nd level technical support and troubleshooting
  • Access management, users management, service request management
  • Supporting clients via phone or email to solve their queries
  • End-users training
  • Communication and cooperation with other team members

You can choose if you prefer full time or freelance cooperation

Only regular working hours, NO SHIFTS :)

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience with IT help desk or technical support is required
  • Technical skills such as OS, MS Office, communication apps, etc
  • A genuine interest in hardware, technology and IT
  • Proficient in problem-solving and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English AND German
