As a Team Lead your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of inside sales representatives
• Cooperating with assigned partners on ongoing sales projects, working on their development
• Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and share points on a daily basis
• Managing KPIs, reporting
• Collaborating with regional staleholders on inside sales projects (attending business trips when necessary)
• Overlooking trainings and working performance of the team
