Talent & Workforce Advisor
Job description
A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Talent & Workforce Advisor to join its team. In this role, you will partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recommend the most effective talent solutions. You will provide guidance on workforce planning, workforce strategy, compliance, and market insights to support business objectives.
Key reponsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs
- Advise on workforce solutions across permanent employees, contingent workers, and outsourced services
- Support workforce planning by analyzing workforce and market data
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize talent strategies
- Ensure workforce solutions comply with company policies and local regulations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, and other key stakeholders
- Support reporting, process improvements, and workforce governance activities
Location: Prague 4
Start date: immediately
Contract length: 12 months
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Workforce Planning, Procurement, or a similar advisory/coordinator role
- Familiarity with HR and workforce management systems
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with procurement processes and contract reviews is an advantage
