Become a Recruiter/Talent Scout in an IT company!

Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • You will support candidates during the recruitment process
  • Planning and conduction of interviews
  • Providing candidates necessary information & candidate management
  • Candidates’ data management in internal databases
  • Processing travel and relocation expenses
  • Purchase order creation and monitoring & monitoring of third party spend
  • Referrals management
  • Support for the recruitment team
Requirements
  • Ideally 2 years of recruitment or HR experience
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English and Romanian
  • Must have: Communication skills, presentations skills, team spirit
  • Our client needs a quick learner, who will be able to understand data from various sources with ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
