Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be:

  • Managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.).
  • Leading a team of up to 5 experienced recruiters and talent acquisition specialist
  • Monitoring KPIs, supporting team members, and providing constructive feedback to your team
  • Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.
  • Candidate´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of the talent acquisition process, monitoring, and continuous improvement of process and productivity.
  • Direct communication with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies for assigned positions
Requirements

What we need you to already have:

  • 3+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English + Hungarian (C1)
  • Good knowledge of HR softwares/ applicant tracking systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment.
