Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be:
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for your assigned region or country for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.).
- Leading a team of up to 5 experienced recruiters and talent acquisition specialist
- Monitoring KPIs, supporting team members, and providing constructive feedback to your team
- Responsibility for client hiring activities in line with market norms for various job profiles and the agreed talent acquisition process.
- Candidate´s screening, sourcing, and other aspects of the talent acquisition process, monitoring, and continuous improvement of process and productivity.
- Direct communication with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies for assigned positions
