Job description

A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing interview scheduling, pre-boarding, and administrative tasks. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Business Partners, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and manage offer letters in English and Romanian
  • Initiate and track employment checks, including drug and medical screenings
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential candidate data
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support local and global stakeholders

Location: Prague 4

Contract length: 12 months

Start Date: 1.11.2025

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of HR/TA coordination or administrative experience
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and reporting experience
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems
  • Pre-boarding or contract generation experience
