Job description

A leading global healthcare company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Global Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing pre-boarding, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Business Partners, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and manage offer letters in the local language
  • Initiate and track employment checks, including drug and medical screenings, and document any discrepancies
  • Ensure confidential candidate data is handled according to company policies and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate communication
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support local and global stakeholders

Location: Prague 4

Start date: 1.12.2025

Contract length: 6 months contract

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of HR/TA coordination or administrative experience
  • Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and reporting experience
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems
  • Pre-boarding or contract generation experience
