Job description

We are looking for a new team member to join Talent Acquisition Operations and support recruitment activities across the EMEA region.

Job description

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, including candidate communication
  • Manage invitation calls and plan interviews / skills assessments with candidates
  • Communicate with pre-hires to collect and ensure timely delivery of required employment documentation.
  • Support the hiring process, including job requisition checks, approvals in Workday, and offer letter creation.
  • Handle incoming queries related to job requisitions, onboarding support for new hires, and interview scheduling requests.
  • Create and maintain manuals and process documentation to support recruitment operations.
  • Prepare and distribute reports

Start: Immediately

Location: Prague 8

Contract: 12m

Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • English and Spanish – communicative level.
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
