We are looking for a new team member to join Talent Acquisition Operations and support recruitment activities across the EMEA region.
Job description
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, including candidate communication
- Manage invitation calls and plan interviews / skills assessments with candidates
- Communicate with pre-hires to collect and ensure timely delivery of required employment documentation.
- Support the hiring process, including job requisition checks, approvals in Workday, and offer letter creation.
- Handle incoming queries related to job requisitions, onboarding support for new hires, and interview scheduling requests.
- Create and maintain manuals and process documentation to support recruitment operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports
