Job description

Do you know Cisco IOS, F5, JunOS and Palo Alto technologies? Do you have experience with the implementation and management of large customer networks?

We are looking for an experienced network/system engineer who will be in charge of the management of network services.

Our team ensures the day-to-day operations of outsourced environment.

System Engineer is a complex engineering role, responsible for supporting delivery of previously designed and approved solutions to customer network, day 2 support including end to end incident ticket resolution and scheduled on-call support.

System engineer is responsible for end-to-end change implementation/installation process in previously agreed timeframe and window, often involving installations over weekend or out of business hours to minimize impact on customer network.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in implementation of large-scale customer networks
  • Very good knowledge of Cisco IOS is essential
  • Technical knowledge and experience at CCNP or similar level.
  • Very good understanding of TCP/IP stack and contemporary Layer 2/Layer 3
  • Good knowledge of routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • Good knowledge of LAN protocols STP, VTP
  • Very good knowledge of English or French
  • To be a good team player and able to cooperate with the customer on technical project-related issues
  • Additional Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of security technologies [Checkpoint - CCSA | Bluecoat BCCPA], F5, JunOS, Palo Alto, SDDC, VXLAN, Fortigate and Site-to-Site IPSec VPN Tunnels
