Job description

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Professional?

Do you speak Italian?

Do you enjoy collaboration with internal buyers and liaising with external suppliers and identifying business requirements from clients?

Your day to day duties will be as follows:

Collaboration with internal customers and external suppliers
To focus on deliveries and schedules and analyzing missing components reports
Needs calculation and plans material replenishment.
Cooperation with Business Management and Customer Supports
Actively supporting and backing up the Material Planner with the tasks relating to the function/activity.

Travelling: approx. 5% - 10% of the time only for short periods.

Requirements

You need to have:

Master degree in industrial engineering, or similar
Excellent Italian language skills, fluent in English
Knowledge of inventory and planning basic principles, and a basic understanding of manufacturing and service operations
Strong scheduling and organizational skills
Computer/ system skills: MS Project and Excel, and ERP (Navision, SAP, BAAN,) - required.
Material Management, Planning, or Supply Chain certifications and knowledge of basic 6 Sigma principles preferred.

Previous experience in manufacturing of industrial components or in project and/or site management activities will be a plus.
