Our client is a company that operates in most of the world's countries and its products are best known for driving innovations and modernization across different industries. The company forges new paths in technology and science and develops safe and reliable energy sources for the future that are helping to meet tomorrow’s energy needs.

They are now seeking an Inventory Analyst who will work from Prague’s office and performing business operations daily.

In this role, you will be in direct contact with the company’s entities in Germany and checking their stock level. At the same time, you would have a portfolio of vendors, and you will reach them in case of any needs, and ensure that everything is delivered as requested.

More specifically as an Inventory Analyst, you will:

  • Communicate with the company’s entities and vendors
  • Contact vendors regarding undelivered overdue purchase orders
  • Track late orders
  • Contribute to process improvement
  • Validate requests
  • Manage SAP Catalogue entries
  • Perform duplicate checks on catalogs, and contact relevant stakeholders if the goods cannot be found

Should you have previous experience in a similar field, that would be a big plus. However, you can be a fresh graduate as well and we will teach you everything. The most important is your motivation and dedication.

Requirements
  • At least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business or similar
  • Experience in Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics or Inventory management is a big plus
  • Good command of English and German (at least B2 level oral and written)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking
  • Pro-client attitude, pro-activity, drive
  • Ability to manage data and work with internal systems
  • Experienced user of MS Excel
