Supplier Quality Engineer
Driving Supplier Quality and Continuous Improvement
Prague – HPP – Hybrid - Průhonice

What will you do?
- Manage supplier onboarding and development in line with the supplier strategy.
- Conduct supplier audits and potential analyses in accordance with VDA 6.3.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, analyse performance trends and drive improvements.
- Resolve supplier quality issues in serial production and support manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate supplier PPAP processes in line with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).
- Manage supplier-related projects, including relocations and insolvencies, ensuring agreed timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field.
- Experience in supplier quality or quality engineering, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally, typically 25–50%, depending on the project phase.
An advantage: German language skills, injection moulding knowledge, familiarity with 5 Why, Ishikawa and 8D methodologies, and knowledge of IATF 16949.
