Responsibilities:
- Sourcing validation and analysis from business users, country procurement organization or category managers
- Risk analysis performance and verification towards suppliers
- Supplier scoring criteria definition and documentation
- Negotiations after the eSourcing event closure to reach the most competitive prices
- Preparation of contracts, from negotiation to signature
Start date: ASAP
Contract: till the end of the year (with a possibility of extension)
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written to be able to communicate with management and colleagues)
- Min. 3-year experience in procurement
- Ability to work with merchandise planning software
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost control skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures related to purchase orders
