The Role: Powering the CEE Region ⚡

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Lead to drive our Advanced Infrastructure and AI portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.

Location: Czechia – Prague (Hybrid: 2x office per week).

You will serve as a high-level consultant and partner for elite organizations, navigating complex, data-heavy challenges using our world-class ecosystem of Supercomputing, Quantum, and Machine Learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

Market Orchestration: Architect and execute growth strategies within the High-Performance, AI, and Quantum computing sectors.

Fiscal Leadership: Take full accountability for an annual order intake exceeding eight-figure targets, while ensuring project-level profitability.

Public & Industrial Expansion: Spearhead business growth within the public sector and identify high-potential industrial accounts for new acquisition.

Global Synergy: Seamlessly collaborate with international business units on sales campaigns, portfolio development, and large-scale marketing events.

Strategic Alliances: Forge and maintain deep operational partnerships with local and global technology providers to boost regional competitiveness.

Executive Advocacy: Drive intensive engagement with Senior and C-Suite executives, fostering long-term personal business relationships with key decision-makers.

Bid Management: Direct the final offer and proposal processes, ensuring highly customized, cross-functional solutions for complex client needs.

Requirements

Who You Are 🧠

The Industry Veteran: Minimum 5 years of experience selling high-complexity technical solutions in computing or AI ecosystems. (AI, HPC strongly extremely desired)

The Elite Negotiator: A proven track record of managing multi-million euro accounts and closing large-scale, international contracts.

The Technical Visionary: Deep mastery of computing architectures, parallel processing, and machine learning applications.

The Communicator: Ability to distill highly specialized technical concepts into compelling, high-level business cases for executive stakeholders.

The Foundation: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline.

The Language: English fully professional (C1); proficiency in Czech or German is a significant advantage.

Work Eligibility: You must hold a valid work permit and be eligible to work in Czechia.

Willingness to Travel: Expected travel of at least 25% within the region.
