• Sourcing Leadership: Guide sourcing projects from initial strategy to final contract signing.

• Cost Improvement: Find ways to save money in Logistics operations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients.

• Corporate Alignment: Ensure Logistics sourcing supports company goals.

• Customer Support: Assist with urgent procurement needs for clients.

• RFP Management: Create requests for proposals (RFPs) and negotiate contracts.

• Supplier Analysis: Research suppliers and evaluate proposals, rates, and total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on procurement progress.
