Are you a detail-oriented recruitment or HR professional ready to manage contractor hiring processes from A to Z? We’re looking for a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to support our contingent workforce program — covering requisition intake, supplier coordination, onboarding, assignment changes, and offboarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Support hiring managers through the entire requisition process
• Coordinate with staffing partners to ensure timely candidate delivery
• Track assignments, extensions, and offboarding activities
• Monitor compliance, documentation, and reporting accuracy
• Ensure smooth onboarding and time/expense tracking
• Act as a main point of contact for hiring teams and external vendors
