Senior Procurement Analyst - Project Manager
Job description
International company is looking for a person for the position of Senior Procurement Analyst - Project Manager .
As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Leading sourcing projects across multiple categories: HW, SW, IT Services and Telecom equipment
- Cooperation with the client to define requirements and procurement strategy to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Identifying the costs of new projects
- Selection of suppliers
- Contract negotiations
- Support of sourcing projects
- Manage enforcement of buying and contracting processes
- Cooperation with the legal team regarding implementation of contractual terms
- Defining sourcing and contracting process
- Cooperation on monitoring and improving supplier performance, development and execution of Supplier Relationship Management Program
Requirements
- Proven experience in the procurement of IT and Telecoms are - IT Hardware, Software, Services and Telecommunications – data and voice networks
- Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement area
- Strong Customer service focus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of procurement systems
- Communication in ENGLISH on fluent level
- Knowledge of Ariba is a plus
