We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Senior HR Administrator with fluent German. In this role, you will oversee and support HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent employee experience. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR administrative operations for the DACH region
  • Ensure precise and timely handling of employee lifecycle events (e.g., transfers, promotions, terminations)
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated or complex HR Services queries
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with local labor laws and internal company policies
  • Work closely with payroll, legal, benefits, and other teams to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Provide support during audits and assist with HR reporting
  • Translate HR documents and communications between German and English when required

Requirements
  • fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
