Are you an experienced Finance Manager?

Do you have experience managing the full financial operations of a manufacturing plant? This role combines strategic financial management, a hands-on approach, and leading a small team. You will have a direct impact on the plant’s operations as well as the quality of financial data reported to the group.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full financial management of the manufacturing plant – planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Oversight of accounting and financial reporting in compliance with Czech accounting standards and IFRS
  • Active collaboration with the Plant Manager, local management, and the central finance team
  • Leading and developing a team of 3–5 employees in accounting and payroll
  • Managing working capital (receivables, cash flow, credit management)
  • Ensuring tax and statutory compliance, coordinating audits, and liaising with auditors and authorities
  • Managing financial risks and strengthening internal controls
  • Working with product costing and manufacturing cost data in ERP systems
Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced Finance Manager with a background in a manufacturing environment
  • A candidate with strong knowledge of Czech accounting standards, IFRS, controlling, and taxation
  • A strong personality capable of independently managing plant finances while acting as a trusted business partner to management
  • A manager with proven experience in leading people
  • An advanced Excel user with experience in ERP systems
  • Someone who is fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
