Senior Business Analyst| Banking
Job description
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and functional requirements
- Analyse RWA calculations, processes, data flows, and identify gaps
- Define target-state processes and support business process improvements
- Work with Business, Risk, Data, Architecture, and Technology teams
- Lead UAT: test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and sign-off
- Facilitate workshops and document requirements, processes, and business rules
- Support delivery in Agile / DevOps environments
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of Basel III/IV and RWA
- Experience with regulatory change or calculation projects
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of Hadoop / Spark and data pipelines
- Hands-on UAT experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Python / Scala / Angular
- Risk or regulatory technology experience
