We are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist to support benefits administration in an international SSC environment.
Job description
- Manage employee lifecycle changes with benefit vendors and TPAs
- Coordinate benefits data and payroll-related deductions/changes
- Handle benefits billing and reconciliations
- Resolve complex benefits issues
- Support implementation of new or updated benefit programs
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and employee support materials
Start: immediately
Location: Praha 8
Contract: 12m with possible extension
Requirements
- Strong experience in benefits administration or benefits operations, preferably in SSC
- Experience with vendors, TPAs, and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Workday experience preferred
- Fluent English (Additional language is a plus)
