Job description

As a Scanning and AP Assistant you will be responsible for operating Optical Characters Reader scanning machine to produce digital images of invoices received by post as well as validation of these invoices and documents received electronically and supporting Accounts Payable team with related archiving and auditing activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sorting incoming documents
  • Scan all invoices and credit/debit notes
  • Perform basic validation of scanned documents
  • Maintain a record of completed work.
  • Look after records archive according to different countries’ legal requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company data.
  • Other tasks related to the role required by your team leader

Location: Prague 9

Start: Immediately

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP is an advantage
  • Orientation in accounting, finance or similar field is an advantage
  • Experience in shared service center environments preferred
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required
  • Ability to work independently, identify problems, and propose solutions
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external parties
  • Physical demands may include walking, carrying, occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 20 kg.
