We are looking for a talented Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Architecture, IT trends, UML, and strong analytical skills to join our IT Hub team in Prague. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs and align with our company's overall technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and design solutions that meet those needs
- Develop technical solutions that integrate Salesforce Architecture with other systems and platforms
- Create high-level and detailed designs, UML diagrams, and architecture documentation for solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet design specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improvements to our technology stack
- Communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to development teams on technical best practices
- Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
- Participate in technical evaluations of third-party vendors and technologies
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with overall technology strategy
