Job description

Are you experienced in team management?

Do you know HORECA sector?

If you can answer yes, keep reading!

Main tasks:

  • Management of the sales strategy in Czech Republic.
  • Management of an own specific commercial area and supervision of the other sales representatives area.
  • Acquiring new customers, managing the already existing ones, direct selling on the field, research, evaluation and supervision of the distributors.
  • Market and margin analysis, reports.
  • Management of the sales team.
  • Constant alignment with the management in the Head Quarter about the sales strategy.
Requirements

Who are you?

  • Experience of at least 5 years in the same job position or in a similar one.
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in the direct selling.
  • Preferable experience in order of preference from Pastry or Ice cream ingedients sector, Cafeteria or Food sector.
  • Czech an English language are necessary, Italian is an advantage.
