Recruitment Specialist with Danish
Job description
We have a new role for Danish speakers!
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process.
More specifically, you will:
- Conduct candidate sourcing
- Track the candidate pipeline
- Review CVs according to criteria, interview candidates and prepare the shortlist to the hiring manager
- Cooperate with the hiring manager and provide both sides with the feedback
- Negotiate and extend job offers and organize start dates
- Use Workday to manage all necessary data
Requirements
- Fluent English and Danish
- Previous experiences in the internal recruitment preferably, or at least experience from PA or HR
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Team-player attitude, and pro-activity
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
