Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Support candidates during their recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews and providing candidates with all the necessary information
- Managing candidates’ data in internal databases
- Processing travel expenses
- Create and maintenance of purchase orders and monitoring of third party spend
- Management of referrals
- Support for the recruitment team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within HR or Support
- Attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand data from multiple sources with ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
