Job description

This is a golden opportunity for candidates with a passion for human communication who strive to grow in a multicultural environment of a fast-growing IT company and build a career in Recruitment.

You will be participating in the whole recruitment process, so it´s necessary to already have some experience. On top of that, you will be part of a friendly team of recruiters.

Responsibilities for this role consists of:

  • To accompany candidates during their recruitment process
  • To arrange interviews and share with candidates all needed information
  • To take care of and update candidates’ data in internal databases
  • To prepare travel expenses
  • To make and control of purchase orders and check of the third party spend
  • To manage referrals
  • To reinforce the recruitment team
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR support or Recruitment
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written), any other language is a plus
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Communicative and people-oriented type of person
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand data from multiple sources with the ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
