Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and candidate travel.
  • Manage candidate records in recruiting systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track recruiting activities and generate candidate status reports.
  • Organize post-interview debrief meetings and prepare related materials.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Start: asap

Contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

Location: Prague 8

Requirements
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or coordination is must
