You will be responsible for:
- hiring targets for the portfolio of customers and profiles assigned
- recruiting support and advice to the customers to ensure that the most adequate sourcing strategy is established
- searching of suitable candidates on relevant platforms
- identifying of opportunities for improving recruiting processes
- observing of market trend in HR
Location: Prague 3
Start ASAP
Definite contract with possibility of prolongation
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- relevant experience from the same or similar position,
- active knowledge of English and Dutch (C1 level or native),
- communication skills and detail-oriented person,
- good planning and persuasive skills,
- ability to influence and provide advice for adequate sourcing strategy
- interest in Social Media (for recruiting purposes)
- flexibility and eagerness for further professional development
