As a Project management analyst in HR, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking information within a team and budgets and costs of all projects and prepare
- Ensuring that projects stay on track and on budget and are running efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining proper project documentation and status reports for regular corporate audits
- Analyzing project data and information
- Preparation of status reports to assist leaders in presenting data to management
- Developing and maintaining all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to project team
- Supporting the project and portfolio capacity planning
- Performance in required benefit analysis in collaboration with the project team and maintain records of all governance meetings
