Job Description
- Work with modern data and analytics tools including SQL, Power BI, Jira, and cloud-based data platforms
- Own and drive the product roadmap for data engineering and DWH solutions
- Translate business needs into clear data requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and data/engineering teams
- Lead workshops to define future-state data solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products in an Agile environment
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and financial data flows
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management
- Solid understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English required)
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business language
- Experience with Jira; exposure to AI/ML or advanced analytics is a plus
