Our top client, a globally successful company in the field of energy and chemicals, is seeking enthusiastic juniors in procurement to join their team as a Procurement Training Specialist. This person will support our buyers and contract specialists and communicate with various stakeholders daily.
Your main responsibilities:
- Reporting to Procurement Help & Training Supervisor
- Providing front line assistance and resolution to stakeholders
- Providing SAP and PtP process related training to external and internal users
- Maintaining process, training, procurement-related documentation in the appropriate systems
- Supporting projects, providing expertise and testing
Requirements
- Fluent in English (B2+)
- Previous experience in procurement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and planning skills
- Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must!
