Our top client, a globally successful company in the field of energy and chemicals, is seeking enthusiastic juniors in procurement to join their team as a Procurement Training Specialist. This person will support our buyers and contract specialists and communicate with various stakeholders daily.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Procurement Help & Training Supervisor
  • Providing front line assistance and resolution to stakeholders
  • Providing SAP and PtP process related training to external and internal users
  • Maintaining process, training, procurement-related documentation in the appropriate systems
  • Supporting projects, providing expertise and testing
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (B2+)
  • Previous experience in procurement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP is a must!
