Payroll Analyst with German

As the Payroll Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Participating in a global payroll project
- Gathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for the payroll calculations
- Preparing payroll analyses including a comparison of input data with output data
- Cooperating with the HR Services team and other teams
- Executing post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams
- Participating in process improvement
- Working with different systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
- fluency in English and German(C1)
- German labor code knowledge
- annual tax reconciliation experience
- experience with process transitions
- familiar with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, ADP software
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- strong analytical skills
