Job description

For our Client international IT company we are looking for:

Order Managment Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing in SAP system
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Issuing the invoices
  • Processing product returns and claims from the Clients
  • Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
Requirements
  • Fluent Czech and a very good knowledge of English
  • Customer service experience skills would be an advantage
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite
