Job description

This company is a leader in electro-technology servicing both public and private sectors and driving technological innovations in the field of transportation, energy, technology and healthcare.

We are looking for a passionate leader with experience with P2P processes. As a Team Manager, you would be in charge of 13 professionals who are focusing on the internal transition projects in accounts payable and supply chain management.

More specifically, you would be in charge of:

  • Coach and lead your team
  • Identifying and implementing innovative ideas and methods
  • Manage impementation of global processes
  • Coordinate transition projects
Requirements
  • Strong command of English (C1), German woud be a plus
  • Proven leadership experience
  • People-oriented person with a good process-management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to take decisitions and to drive changes
