  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code with a focus on FastAPI (Flask/Django experience is also relevant)
  • Work with relational databases (Oracle or similar) for data parsing, modelling, and optimisation
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and architects to implement solutions within agile squads
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of existing services

🎯Who We’re Looking For

  • Medior-level Python developers with proven backend development experience (2–4+ years)

  • Engineers who enjoy solving complex backend problems and working in collaborative teams
Requirements

  • Good understanding of relational databases (schema design, queries, optimisation)
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and awareness of CI/CD practices
  • Curiosity for financial/trading systems and willingness to learn from senior colleagues

🚀 Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pydantic or similar data validation libraries
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Exposure to global teams and distributed systems
Benefits
  • 5 weeks of holiday/year
  • up to 60 sick days per year

  • 7 days paternal leave
  • technical and financial academy
  • home office 50/50
