Job description

Are you organized and detail-oriented? Ready to take on a key role supporting medical operations? As a Medical Operations Coordinator, you’ll drive smooth project coordination, manage essential administrative tasks, and collaborate across departments to keep everything running efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize team meetings and logistics
  • Coordinate contracts, invoices, and event support
  • Manage communication with healthcare professionals
  • Support medical projects and track progress
  • Prepare documentation for audits and reporting
  • Assist with procurement and vendor setup
  • Help onboard new team members
  • Maintain internal systems and records

Location: Prague 6

Contract until December 2025 (with possible extension)

Requirements
  • Experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles (experience in medical or pharmaceutical environments is a plus)
  • Graduate in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related field - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluent in Czech and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
