Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide essential administrative and marketing support to the Marketing department.

If you’re proactive, well-organized, and eager to grow your marketing skills in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

What you will do?

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team – managing contracts, purchase orders, vendors, and invoices.
  • Liaise with the legal department to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Organize internal meetings and company events
  • Prepare and coordinate translation of marketing materials.
  • Support the coordination of educational and marketing events – grant requests, invitations, travel logistics, and collaboration with service providers.
  • Manage budget tracking and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Location: Prague - Karlín

Start date: 1.12.2025

Contract length: 10 months contract

Requirements
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
