• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day logistics operations.
• Handling and resolving escalations from team members or clients.
• Managing staffing activities such as timesheets, time off requests, team growth
• Coaching, and performance evaluations
• Assisting the Logistics Manager in various operational tasks and projects.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting effective solutions.
