Job description

Do you have experience from logistics and speak English? Would you like to be a part of an international company that is active in the field of oil and gas? Then, apply for the position Logistics Back office Administrator!

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely coordination, validation and processing of purchase requisitions
  • Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP
  • Warehouse reconciliation for payments
  • Solving of payment claims related to transportation and warehousing
  • General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues
  • Reacting to delivery problems during the execution of the delivery plans
  • Additional administrative support related to logistics

Start: ASAP

Contract: till the end of 2021 with possibility of prolongation

  • Relevant education or experience
  • Orientation in E2E Operations/Logistics
  • Excellent English
  • Analytical thinking and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP is a great advantage
  • Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results
  • Very good communication skills
