Logistics Back office Administrator
Job description

You will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely coordination, validation and processing of purchase requisitions
- Maintenance of orders, deliveries, and shipments and entering transactions into SAP
- Warehouse reconciliation for payments
- Solving of payment claims related to transportation and warehousing
- General management of transport, delivery, and operational issues
- Reacting to delivery problems during the execution of the delivery plans
- Additional administrative support related to logistics
Start: ASAP
Contract: till the end of 2021 with possibility of prolongation
Requirements
- Relevant education or experience
- Orientation in E2E Operations/Logistics
- Excellent English
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP is a great advantage
- Ability to work closely with numerical information, data analysis, data interpretation and to provide trend analysis results
- Very good communication skills
