Senior Legal Counsel – Workforce & HR Technology
Job description
A leading global healthcare company is looking for an experienced Legal Lead to support External Workforce Management and AI-enabled HR solutions. In this role, you will act as a key legal advisor, ensuring compliance with global labor regulations while supporting the implementation of workforce and HR technologies. You will work closely with HR, Procurement, Legal, IT, and senior stakeholders to manage legal risks, strengthen governance frameworks, and support the rollout of global workforce initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide legal advice on external workforce topics, including worker classification, co-employment risks, and country-specific labor regulations
- Support the development and implementation of workforce policies and compliance frameworks
- Provide legal input on supplier agreements and contracting with external workforce providers
- Advise on legal and compliance aspects of AI tools used in HR processes (e.g., worker classification or sourcing)
- Participate in cross-functional governance forums and act as an escalation point for legal matters
- Support audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of workforce governance processes

Start date: 1.4.2026
Contract length: 12 months
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law, ideally with specialization in labor or employment law
- 5+ years of legal experience in labor law, employment regulations, or workforce governance
- Strong understanding of procurement contracting and commercial negotiations
- Knowledge of global labor regulations and cross-border workforce engagement
- Experience with legal or compliance aspects of AI technologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
